Who we work with

Built for teams that sell into wealth management

Our main focus

Outbound and appointment-setting agencies

You run campaigns into RIAs, broker-dealer reps or insurance distributors for your clients. We deliver in your template, with no B2B Badger branding, under a signed NDA.

Clay and GTM-engineering agencies

You already have the tools. We add the QA team: send an enriched list and get back a pass or fail for every row, corrections and an accuracy score.

Asset managers and insurance distributors

Specialist advisor databases run from about $1,000 to $20,000 a year per seat. Buy only the records your wholesalers need, checked when you need them, with no seat license.

How we verify

Six steps. Nothing ships until it passes QA.

The researcher who builds a batch never checks it. A second person does, field by field, against the sources.

Where AI helps, and where people decide

AI
  • Reads team pages and filings
  • Pulls candidate fields, copied exactly
  • Normalizes formats
  • Flags conflicts between sources
People
  • Settle conflicts
  • Confirm identity and current role
  • Fix errors
  • Sign off every batch

We never deliver a guessed email or phone number as verified.

  1. Brief

Tell us the market, titles, required fields, exclusions and deadline. Your CRM export becomes our suppression list. We agree the acceptance test in writing: a random 50 records, 95% correct.

    You getA one-page brief

  2. Calibration

We research 5 rows first. You confirm we read the brief the way you meant it before we do the rest.

    You get5 rows to approve

  3. Research

AI pulls names, titles and contact details from firm pages and filings, copied exactly as published. A researcher confirms each person works there now, using a page or filing from the last 12 months, and settles any conflict between sources.

    You getRows with source links

  4. Contact checks

Every email goes through a verifier. Catch-all addresses are flagged and never passed off as valid. Every phone number gets a line-type lookup, so your callers know which numbers are mobiles.

You getEmail status and line type

  5. QA gate

A second person re-checks a random 10% of the batch against the sources, never fewer than 30 rows. The batch ships at 95% or better. Below that, it goes back for rework.

    You getA QA log

  6. Delivery and follow-up

CSV or XLSX in your template, with a data dictionary and a QA summary. We check bounces at 14 days and replace failed records within 3 working days.

You getThe file and a results note

On the monthly data desk, records older than 60–90 days are re-checked every month, and you get a report of who moved, who retired and whose number changed.

Guarantee

95% correct, or we replace what's wrong

The same terms go into every proposal and statement of work.

  • 95%

of records correct at delivery, measured on a random sample of 50 that you can check yourself.

  • ≤2%

hard bounces on emails we mark valid, when you send within 14 days of delivery.

  • 3days

to replace any failed record, free. Tell us within 7 days of delivery.

We guarantee the data. Meetings and sales depend on your offer and your outreach, so we don't promise them.

Source policy

Where our data comes from

Every row can be traced to a public source. This is the full list of what we use and what we refuse to use.

We use

  • Firm websites: team, about and contact pages
  • SEC Form ADV data and IAPD
  • State registries
  • Press releases and firm news pages
  • Association directories and conference speaker lists
  • An email verifier and a phone line-type lookup
  • Database free tiers, for cross-checks only and never as the deliverable

We never use

  • BrokerCheck data for marketing lists. FINRA's terms don't allow it.
  • LinkedIn scraping tools. We check LinkedIn by hand only.
  • Purchased lists of unknown origin
  • Personal social media accounts or consumer data
  • Guessed emails or phone numbers

How we handle data

  • Source URL and check date on every row
  • Your suppression list applied before delivery
  • Raw working data deleted 90 days after delivery, unless a retainer needs it
  • Any data incident reported to you within 24 hours
  • Data processing agreement (DPA) available on request

US contacts only, for now. UK and EU work starts once transfer agreements (the UK IDTA or EU standard contractual clauses) are signed.

You send the outreach, so CAN-SPAM, TCPA and similar rules apply to your campaigns. Line-type tags and source links on every row make those rules easier to follow.

The studio

A small research desk in Rangpur, Bangladesh

B2B Badger is run by Atiqur Rahman, a Top Rated researcher on Upwork with a 100% Job Success Score. The team researches US financial advisors, firms and professionals for long-term US clients.

Researchers follow written procedures for every job type, and every batch is checked by someone who didn't build it. Atiqur signs off every pilot personally.

Badgers keep digging until they hit something solid. We work the same way.

Our workday is your night

  2. Your nightWe research, verify and run QA in Rangpur.
  3. Your morningThe file and a short results note are in your inbox.

FAQ

Questions agencies ask before a pilot

Something else on your mind? Ask it in your request and we'll answer in writing.

We already use Apollo, ZoomInfo or Clay. Why add you?

Keep using them. We work after them: send us 100 records from your tool and we'll return an accuracy score and corrections. We focus on what those tools carry least well: niche fields, current titles and recent advisor moves.

A VA costs $5 an hour. Why pay per record?

A VA sells hours. We sell finished records that are 95% correct or replaced free, with sources you can audit. Bounced emails also damage your sender reputation, which takes longer to rebuild than a list.

How do I know the data is accurate?

Run the $99 pilot and check any 50 rows yourself. Every row has its source link and the date we checked it.

Can I see records before paying?

Yes. Request 10 free test records in your niche. We need your work email and agency website, and it's one test per company. The 100-record pilot is paid.

Do you white-label?

Yes. We deliver in your template with no B2B Badger branding, under a signed NDA.

How do you use AI?

AI reads web pages and filings and pulls out candidate fields. People confirm every fact, settle conflicts and sign off each batch. We never deliver a guessed email or phone number as verified.

Is this GDPR-compliant?

We use business contact details from public sources only, record the source of every row and apply your suppression lists. A DPA is available. We currently take US data only; UK and EU work starts once transfer agreements are in place. As the sender, you stay responsible for your outreach.

Can you deliver faster?

Yes. Rush delivery covers up to 300 records in 48 hours for 25% extra.

Can you do it cheaper?

Yes, by narrowing the scope, for example with fewer custom fields. We don't remove the QA check.

How does payment work?

On Upwork, milestones are funded before work starts. Direct clients pay 50% upfront on a first sprint, and data-desk retainers are billed monthly in advance. If you found us on Upwork, we'll keep the contract there.
